How to Join DCARA
Annual membership is $20 for individuals or $25 for a family membership which includes all licensed family members. Membership starts the date that dues are paid and runs for one year.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Denton County Amateur Radio Association, please join through Ham Club Online. HCOL is a service that DCARA (and many other radio clubs) use to manage our membership records.
Steps to Join DCARA via HCOL:
- Go to Ham Club Online
- Register New Account (or Log In if already using HCOL)
- After you are logged in, Apply for Membership with HamClubOnline Club and search for “DCARA”
- Follow the Membership Application steps
- Pay your Membership Fee (via Credit Card or PayPal)
After your Membership Application is approved by DCARA, you will receive further welcome information from the Club Secretary.

Membership Renewal
If your Membership is expiring, you will receive several notices from Ham Club Online that contain easy renewal links to renew your membership. You may also go to Ham Club Online and select “Pay My Club Dues” from the menu (no login required).
