Officers Meetings
Officers Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7pm.
All members are welcome to attend if you have business for the club that needs to be addressed by the club officers. Send invitation request to president@dcara.net.
Club Elections
The officers of the Association shall be elected for a term of two (2) years by ballot in accordance with the approved voting procedure as set forth in the By-Laws Article XV and detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures. No term limits are placed on officers. The following officers are elected on even years: President, Secretary, and Technical Director; the following officers are elected on odd years: Vice President, Treasurer, Operations Director. The President Emeritus is by appointment and has only tie-breaking privileges during Officer Meetings.
